Home Station - Atmosphere Update - Now Public

I'm back with a unique and exciting update for Home Station! The Mod has received a few new systems and more cross-pack compatibility!
First of all, if you have the Robot Vacuum Cleaner from Cats & Dogs, you can set up an automatic cleaning time with a few clicks only.
Secondly, if you have any ceiling fans in your home, you can activate or deactivate all fans with only a few clicks!
I have also added a new service possibility for those of you that own Businesses & Hobbies. You can call a Tattoo Artist for your lot to request a new tattoo!
And the biggest update is the new Atmosphere system!
Select from different atmospheres! Great for storytelling and different scenarios!
Romantic Atmosphere:
Stars a soft romantic music
Gives a rose to your Sim's inventory (that they can gift to someone)
Turns the colors of the lights to pink
Gives your Sims flirty buffs
Turns on the fireplace (if you have in your Sim's home)
Spooky Atmosphere (requires Life & Death):
Flickering Lights
Specters pop up all over the place
Creepy noises
The Haunted Swing will start swinging
Focus Atmosphere:
Starts a soft focusing music
Gives a focus buff to Sims on the lot
Soft blue light
Unwanted Visitor Atmosphere:
Turns the lights red
Turns on the alarm
Party Atmosphere:
Party Lights illuminate
Turns the lights blue
Party music

The new version requires EP17 (Life & Death), if you do not have that pack the mod will throw Last Exception errors (calling for a script error).

2025-06-03 14:00:26 +0000 UTCThanks for this mod. Been using the previous version a lot. However I get a last exception from this mod right when loading the game with the updated version. Says there is bad tuning in this mod and I can't place the Assistant from the Build/Buy mode. Says script fail right away. Can you upload the previous version again? Edit: I was missing the Life and Death Expansion but I have it now, so will test again when I have the chance.

2025-06-03 13:57:58 +0000 UTCThanks again!!!! Was wondering about the shopping function that is greyed out, is this a feature to come in the future? It says to enable premium with phone app, or computer, there is no phone app, or way to do this on a computer. I ended up spending about 30 mins searching through every last phone app menu, and every last option on a computer. Not at all game breaking :) Just asking, thanks again for your hard work!!!!!

2025-06-03 11:14:52 +0000 UTCHi! As far as I remember the setting of the thermostat is off by default. You can build a positive relationship with Glooba quickly by using the Socialize interaction and an automatic thermostat update is coming with the next update.

2025-06-02 21:22:00 +0000 UTCHi there, I've just installed this mod, I tried to turn the heater off but it won't unless my sim has a better relationship with it - I'm trying to build the relationship but just wondering if it would be possible to be able to deactivate it anytime? I use the LittleMsSam mod for the auto thermostat which isn't available on the Glooba so I have no need for the thermostat to be on. Thanks so much :)
