skeleton of the centaur
Added 2021-09-06 16:15:30 +0000 UTCYa that's right I used a drill AND went back to the hardware three times to get the right drill bit, i'm basically your DAD. I feel very excited about where I am with the centaur so far, it's only the 6th and i've made good time. The legs MOVE naturally and i'll be plastering the horse body today woo! It feels empowering to be using PVC pipes, heat guns and chicken wire lol. As a female rat I never learned how to use any tools and I still basically know nothing but it feels badass and romantic to make something so technical like this.
While i've been working i've been listening to this normie true crime podcast about corrupt surgeons in the US. It made me think about how those kind of stories really feed peoples thirst for tragedy. Not that i'm above that, i'm so absorbed in the stories, they are so visceral and scary! It's almost a comfort like i'm glad that I'M safe while listening to it.
