NYC Blog #1: the best happy hour oysters in NYC are still $1 each
Added 2022-03-19 17:14:52 +0000 UTCLately this place is hands down the best place to get happy hour oysters. This is coming from someone who is a finicky eater and never eats seafood because I grew up next to a beach and nothing ever seems fresh enough.
This place is called Beast New Door located in Astoria, Queens. It's one or 2 stops from Manhattan on the subway.
The best part is that they are only $1 (which is rare now-a-days). The catch? You have to buy a drink and they limit 12 oysters per person during happy hours.
