NYC Blog #12 - BEST pancakes in town
Added 2022-09-06 14:01:02 +0000 UTCThe best pancakes I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot of them) is at Rosemary’s. They have two locations but I always go to the one in the West Village. They grow their own ingredients from their rooftop garden and have a seasonal menu.
On their brunch menu, they have lemon mascarpone pancakes: fluffy, moist, and with just the right hint of lemon. Skip the maple syrup altogether because these pancakes are delicious on their own.
So if you are looking for a brunch spot in Manhattan, I recommend Rosemary’s. Make sure to make reservations. And get the pancakes.
Side note, during the holidays this restaurant is well decorated and highly festive.
