Aeron, that bastard 😡

Aeron Sacheverell. Aka, the deer that,,, to put it very simply, manipulated and took Leana away from her home and into another completely different part of the world, then had her fighting in underground rings for over five years. Part of the reason Leana is so,,, like, unusually calm and inexpressive with her face is because of him.

I won’t go into the details of how they met really cos I don’t want to, but he essentially did her an incredibly huge favor at a dire time, was all “yeah I’m just a good person who likes to do good things so there’s no need to thank me”, then turned right round and said that she has to pay him back for all the kindness he had shown. At the time, she was naive and trusting and couldn’t see the manipulation, so she agreed. Aeron then took her away to a different land, didn’t allow her to live away from him, and started entering her into dangerous fighting rings. He’d then place bets and have arrangements that would produce a very great profit. Even though he was earning a lot of money, Leana always got the sense that what he was truly earning from all this was the joy of making her life miserable. So in the very last bit of spite, she killed her ability to show her expressions. She stopped expressing happiness of pain or anger bc it made him happy when she did. As a result, things began to escalate more and more, and he started to enter her into death matches. Matches where people fought to the death. That’s when she knew that it was over for her, because you can only survive for so long before death came for you, and Aeron knew it.

Oh also yesterday I had a nice long think about how it is Aeron and Leana were for the five-six or so years they were together and bro... my brain is galaxy level big. I’ve got the basics down. Tldr it’s very fucked up. There’s a lot wrong with Aeron and his perception of the world and people.

Also he’s a doctor for some reason.
