Ok let's see... let me try and tell you how he's related to any of my ocs. Ok so you remember Quinn right? Well Quinn has a cousin, and that cousin is Sullivan aka Sulli. Sulli is the second son of the king of their country and he is also kinda unhinged and .... kills a lot. Almost as a hobby. ANYWAY! So the king's mother (Sulli's grandmother) is from a nation that is a lotttt like Mongolia. (It's fantasy Mongolia cos this is all a fantasy)
So this character, Khavarsaikhan is one of the diplomats that lives in the country now for politics and what not. Whatever the hell diplomats tend to do. He's cool.
[Quinn and Sulli are of the Graham house which is a family that... does a lot of war lol. Shit happened with Quinn which resulted in him being expelled from the Graham house (it was all done in the name of Love π₯Ίβ€οΈ) and Sullivan is technically a prince but he sure doesn't act like it. And the events that preceded his birth are.... mmmmm kinda messed up and shit. But it's whatever don't think too much about it y'all π€£]
