Farah IS Nicky’s mom. Nicky looks nothing like her but yk, it b like that sometimes. Nicky’s dad’s family tend to do that. Their genes are wild as hell. Anyway this isn’t about her ex husband. This is about Farah!! She isn’t a super active part of Nicky’s life cos after the divorce well, Nicky was his paternal family’s heir and thus couldn’t really be taken. But that’s not really all the reason. Farah is… high powered, we can say. Work. She works! A lot. She’s always somewhere, jetting around the globe for meetings or conventions or meeting business partners or whatever. In many people’s words, she was not meant to be a mom.
Around Nicky’s high school graduation (which she surprisingly made time to attend) she finally did see that something was seriously wrong with her son. Too late though cos he isn’t close to her, and there’s an invisible wall. I guess that’s the moment she realized that her son is not like her. He isn’t a tough, brilliant boy who can turn the worst situations into the best opportunities. And for the first time in her life, Farah felt like she had made a grave mistake.
