Added 2022-10-18 03:26:34 +0000 UTCI’m sure once or twice (or every summer really) Khalar takes Elisa to the human world to have fun during their summer festivals and events. Khalar recognizes the importance of having Elisa socialize and interact with humans cos … well, Elves are a little different in that regard. He would like her to maintain a human connection cos he himself… kinda doesn’t fit with the Elves either 😅
Anyway, regardless, it’s very hard during the summer time for him. He is absolutely NOT made to handle heat. Most elves aren’t. Their overall climate in the elf realm is a lot cooler. They don’t sweat enough to regulate heat and specifically what elf Khalar is, direct sunlight is often a choice cos there’s so many big, tall trees and what not to rest under. He comes to the human world, a crowded street, not a single tree in sight all while keeping up with an extremely energetic child who’s running everywhere at once and IS equipped to deal with the heat. Khalar was DYING 😭
Well it’s ok. Sir Goldwyn probably noticed how sluggish and irritable and miserable he was being and got him that big sun hat and took them all to the park for a breather. Many more trees and room to relax there 🤣 say thank you Goldwyn
