Call for Questions, Character Q&A September

So post your questions about restaurant management for either Terry or Aaron. (Remember, Aaron was made assistant manager for about an hour last week).
EXAMPLES:
"Terry, what is your best motivational technique to get servers to sell more wine?"
"Aaron, what was the most challenging part of being an assistant manager?"
Then LIKE each others questions you want answered. The top 15 questions with the most likes will get answered! (I'll try to do equal amounts for each character).
P.S. I may not use a question if it's been answered in previous Character Q&A's
