Alot of people don't realise comedians are not comedians 24/7 we are humans we go home we got problems we cry we are not all sunshine and rainbows I've tried as an open miker balancing a full time job in the process and joey is right. Before you go up even if it is 15 20 minute set earlier in the day you just want to relax drink a coffee smoke a joint keep a clear Head and release all the pent up aggression and energy you've saved up for the week and just destroy you don't want other peoples energy interrupt your flow .
This applies to life in general not just too comics
