No fucken joke these types of Joey makes me evaluate and marinate on some of the things he says. Like journaling. I said to myself “he’s right, I’ve heard it from other people that it helps/works. Still, fought lol. Fought it because I knew it would help in some respect. Finally gave in and started two weeks or more ago. I will never read what I wrote. Ever. But it has been like telling somebody that’s impartial. Because I know I’ll never read it lol! Fucken simple self-therapy if you got the balls/tits for it!
