I’ll be honest as far as software engineering goes some of the best developers I’ve worked with either never went to college or never finished... one of those things i look for in candidates is relevant experience over education.... by contrast also worked with guys who had Doctorate in computer science who were bright but really had no idea how to deliver software or work in a collaborative environment
