This is not a correction, I wanted to point out that I think it's about time to make an addition to that quick segment at the end (I forget the name if it actually has one) where Brandon sais "I am loving these microtransactions).

CORRECTION: The ARMS characters have default arms that can be unlocked for other characters but virtually all of them have unique attributes that share similar inputs. Much like how Smash Bros. has a universal input system (IE A+up, or B+down, etc.) , moves in ARMS can very character to character depending on whether the block, dodge, or jump inputs are being held or executed during a certain time. For example holding guard with Helix let's him turn into a puddle and evade more easily, doing the same with Lola Pop inflates her body allowing her to approach her opponent which is something that no other character can do. Master Mummy heals while he guards, while Misango summons an attribute boosting spirit. Like Smash Bros. ARMS keeps the inputs streamlined but allows their characters to determine what happens when they are executed. Wow I'm so sorry for the wall of text... P.S. The Easy Allies elevate the podcast game and I'm grateful for the earnest yet professional content you guys put out every week. Thank you, good night and good game.

So in regards to the 1st question for L&R, isn't a perfect example of this FFXV? Like they literally had a Film, Anime and then a short Manga for the great but because it was like... go get this other information elsewhere people was like... nah i'm alright, game is pants because the other stuff isn't in the full game?

Correction: At 1:07:28 Kyle says that Villager "doesn't ever punch." He does punch. His neutral A attack has him pull out boxing gloves, no less, and making rapid blows.

I don't get why people want Goku so much. Maybe it's just me, but I always associated him with the anime? It'd be like wanting Batman or other non-gaming icons to be in Smash.

100% agree, they would not do this build up for a port. It's going to be an epic new smash brothers fitting of the switches legacy.

Correction: The copyright information of Smash versus the information for all the other ports in that direct is telling. The issue I have with Smash being just a port at this stage is the fact that the logo is different, Sakurai said he's having trouble coming up with a title, they hid a portion of the roster instead of showing them, and they didn't mention it being a port when they have for literally every other port so far. The chances of it being a port at this rate seems super low to me.

Really happy with the guest appearances (happening both ways!). Definitely a good way to branch out in year 3. And now you have a whole betting team for guests, so you'd better start filling it! Maybe your goal (unannounced, non-binding) could be to have a guest on every six weeks?

I rank Division 2, CoD (even tho I won't be playing it) then the restand the rest bottom (down with Nintendo!) ha Xbox is looking better for the next system since the player base of multi-player games will be larger because of crossplay. Sony is shooting them self in the foot. PS5 would probably be hurt by Sony not wanting to enable crossplay.
