2018-02-18 09:34:14 +0000 UTC1. keep the goals, who cares what Nadia and 5 other people think. Is that really enough to not keep such a wonderfully pointless aspect of the show. Brads “Tail spin” shout outs proves that such randomness is delightful. 2. For episode 100 it might be fun to have all the Allies together for a special EZA podcast- Couch Edition. This way all 9 Allies could be together to celebrate the occasion. 3. The "Paleontology" thing is absolutely true, and we almost all do it. However I must say that, I think we should take pride in those moments of enlightenment. We are helping people in the end bring clarity to a idea or subject. Of course if someone is acting like ass while doing it, then yes, that is totally annoying. But sometimes how something is expressed can make how knowledge is received and understood beneficial & memorable. As a passionate & educated person myself, I can understand how it is hard not to want people to "tap into", and fully understand the scope and breath of something your are passionate or an expert on. I think in the end many people to just want to contribute to a larger rhetoric than themselves, simply because they can- and they think that is a good thing to do for other people.

2018-02-17 06:37:36 +0000 UTCCorrection: Metroid Prime: Hunters takes place between Prime 1 and 2. Federation Force is the Prime game that takes place after 3 (though still before Samus Returns, because Nintendo clearly has no idea what to do with Samus post-Fusion).

Ridge Racer 3D (2011) was a somewhat well received launch title for 3DS and is arguably the last proper Ridge Racer game to be released (excluding mobile titles). It's not totally unfounded that the franchise is coming to the Switch.

While there are cases of Type 0 borrowing XIII terminology that's where the connection ends. To double check this topic I went through the Type 0 lore again. Something I wouldn't recommend anyone doing.

I think they're a fun 'bonus bit' at the end - they're like finding one last chocolate in the box just as you're about to throw it out. "Oh the podcast is over, Kyle's doing the Patreon bit - BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!" I like that.
