Kyle, you didn't say that I pointed out my ini correction was nitpicky :( now the panel think I'm the kind of person who says 'umm, actually, I think you'll find it's this.' I hope you put on a patronising voice in your brain space to add levity to that :P. How about this? I'll not mention codey things again. BUT, if any of the allies want to ask me about something codey, go nuts. I've been a professional software engineer for over a decade at a software company you've probably encountered, and generally writing code for 20+ years.

CORRECTION/ELUCIDATION: In regards to the Disney bid to acquire Fox, the stock consideration (amount of stock Disney is giving Fox) is set using an exchange ratio (0.2745x) which is the stock consideration per share divided by the stock price of Disney. So if you want to pay $100 dollars for Fox with Disney stock that's worth $10 per share, you'd have to ISSUE 10 new shares and give them to Fox. Key word there is issue, as in you're creating new shares, which dilutes the ownership of all other previous shares. To Kyle's comment on understanding stock consideration, in most cases an acquiror using stock will be able to pay more than an acquiror using cash as a successful company's stock will be valued at a premium to their capital (the cash invested in the company). Disney stock is valued almost four times as much as their capital, so to overly-generalize how M&A economics work, it's like they're paying using a currency that's worth almost four times as much as the U.S. dollar. This is a benefit to the buyer because they have more purchasing power to outbid others, and is a benefit to the seller because they can get bought for more. Kyle's right that Fox shareholders will end up being invested in Disney, but barring any lock-up agreements on those newly-issued shares, they will be able to easily sell those shares whenever they like following the transaction's close since Disney stock is very liquid (lots of people want to buy and sell it). Correction: Peter Molyneux’s studio, 22 Cans, did not go under. Peter did take a side step out of the spotlight in 2015 after things didn’t go well with Godus, following which he promoted Simon Phillips to CEO. But there is no evidence the studio has shut down. Their website, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. are all still active.

CORRECTION: Both Brandon and Kyle are referring to the same thing, but it's actually the second season finale of Justice League Unlimited, which takes place in the Batman Beyond timeline with an adult Terry Mcginnis. In that episode, Amanda Waller has a nice little reveal involving Terry's TRUE lineage :D #nospoilers

CORRECTION: Disney is bidding $71.3 billion for Fox, which refers to the enterprise value of Fox, which is inclusive of stock and debt and typically how mergers are referenced for "deal value" or "price being paid". Fox shareholders will receive a mix of cash and stock as compensation.

I just wanted to say that if you don't remember it---Palpatine getting Jar Jar to dissolve the senate is THE BEST THING because I don't even think he uses force powers to persuade him. He just uses the old "Boy... it Suuuuuuuuure would be nice if SOMEONE smart and brave would dissolve the senate so I could be a bigger help than I am...." on Jar Jar.. AND IT WORKS!!!

CORRECTION: Regarding Marlon Brando in the Godfather Game. From IMDB: Before his death, Marlon Brando recorded a small amount of dialogue to reprise his character, Don Vito Corleone. He was very enthusiastic about this work, was fascinated with the technology involved, and approved of his character's representation in the game. Unfortunately, due to his poor health only one of his recordings made it into the game. The oxygen tank he needed to breathe was audible on the track. The only scene that actually uses Brando's voice was the scene in the hospital. When you approach Don Vito in his hospital bed, he gives a short speech about Sollozzo. Clips of Brando's voice taken from the film are used in some scenes. Doug Abrahams, who also voiced Clemenza and Woltz in the game, was cast specifically for his ability to mimic Brando, and also acted as a dialect coach. Thank you for playing my game! Patton :)
