Love & Respect - Just leave your topic, question, or game in the comments section below. Our panelists this week will be Daniel Bloodworth and another person, to be determined at a later time.
Recruit Me! - Against popular request, we're getting even weirder. Each week we will accept a submission for a new character to join our RPG party. I'll say "This week's Recruit Me submission comes from (your name)" and then the rest must be written in first person, from the perspective of your character.
- State 3 facts about your character (remember that short is best here)
- Always end with "My name is ____. Would you have me join this party?"
- Note: Last week I said it would be best not to submit RPG-like characters and then went with an RPGish character. While the crazy submissions were funny, I feel like we have to start this segment off with some fantasy game-esque characters to create a foundation before we go nuts.
Here's a sample:
I am a former polar bear hunter who regrets his old ways.
I have a hidden knife beneath my belly skin.
My right arm is in fact a polar bear arm but I have very little control over it.
My name is Tip Top. Would you have me join this party?
