Cup of Jones - May 9, 2018 - Audio

Late with this post today - sorry, allies. Updated Premiere last night and it made cutting/exporting our Podcast an unexpected hassle. The highlights from this week's episode include a step-by-step recount of all the takeaways from the past year from a very studious Patron, and an unfortunate post from last week's episode that leads to a discussion about what is appropriate to post here. Both are signs that this Patreon is an ongoing process of understanding what's necessary to run this business. I'm lucky to be able to learn from all of you, and I hope sometimes you can learn something from me! Reminder: I will not be around next week for a live Cup of Jones, but I'll have something else you might enjoy on Tuesday morning. So any questions posted (NOT HERE) on the previous May 9th post will not be answered until May 22nd.

Ninja Batman was so good! Sometimes you just have to sit back at let a movie take you for a ride! It was so ridiculous and fun! I loved it!

Bravo Jones. You took the time to help someone grow into a better person. Hopefully Diamond Crusader can look back anytime in his or her life to be thankful for your effort.

I like the podcasts long.

This was a great episode. I haven't listened to as much cup of Jones as I would like but I'm getting there. That last section got incredibly intimate and I won't lie if and say I didn't get emotional. I feel the same way about thinking worst-case scenario all the time but the way Brandon handled the situation is one of the most Batman things I've seen in a while.

I can’t speak for everyone, but I’m confident most people would agree that this community would be a lot better off without the kind of person that would write the type of comment Brandon addressed in the editorial. It’s a shame the only reason they aren’t banned is because they weren’t told that that kind of thing isn’t okay. It should be obvious to any decent human being how disturbed and insensitive that comment was. As a huge fan of dogs and a huge fan of Brandon, this made me very sad.

That fun jazz music as Brandon goes knee-deep into a very dark editorial haha

Your response in that editorial is above and beyond how any normal person would respond and handle that situation. Thank you for showing us how its done Jones :)

Amazing editorial. Case closed.
