Top 10 Scariest Games

Idk man, I only played RE Remake for the first time recently and between the front door dogs, or the first time The Hunters show up in a tiny hallway, or when you find out about the Crimson Heads and you wonder who else you didn’t burn, it’s a top 10 scariest game for me personally.

REmake was higher than Silent Hill 2?... Is it a better game? Sure, that could be debated. Does it look better? Sure, pre-rendered backrounds helped it immensely. But I didn't think this was the top ten best scary games, I thought this was the top ten scariest games. Also, P.T. got robbed.

Pretty good list. I agree P.T. being that high. Even if I know it's coming, I still get scared of it. The window crack in REmake also always gets me. And yeah, hard out on RE7 because it's 1st person view. VR would make it more scarier.

I was driving to work.....audio blasting through the car....windows closed.....when I started this video. Needless to say I about shat myself when we hit #1. If you've seen it you know what i'm talking about. The audio levels on that entry were really good. Ay dios mio...thank you! :D

Be intresting too see how scary the new chuthulu games will be it dosnt hold up well now but at the time Call of cuthulu dark corners of the earth was by far the scariest game I played on the original Xbox. Even if you do kill cuthulu with a Battle ship cannon

Is that really your hang up? Really? It's like you didn't pay attention when PT was the new hotness and how much media it provoked over almost every other game in this list. Just because something isn't scary to you, doesn't mean is doesn't freak out other people immensely.

You're telling me that PT (which is just a demo, not an actual game) is scarier than almost every other game on this list? Sorry but I'm calling bs on this list. EZA you guys need to stop fucking up these top 10s. Not worth our patreon money if you're not going to take it seriously. There's no way that PT's 15 minute demo is scarier than the entirety of RE remake, RE 7, or Amensia. I find it hard to believe the allies all came together and agreed on this. PT WAS NOT A GAME, it's was literally a PLAYABLE TEASER. Fuck I'm triggered. Why is it so hard for you people to get your top 10s right? I listen to Jones talk about how they're going to put more effort into their lists on Cup of Jones after the "Towns" debacle, but after seeing this, I can't help but think they just don't give a crap. Yes, it's an arbitrary list, but it's a list you bothered to make and if you're going to put effort into something, try harder and THINK about what you're doing. This feels like you guys were like "OH! Remember how scary it was to play PT? Oh man, wouldn't it have been great if that'd been a real game? We should put it high on the list because of how much we wished it'd been a game" Completely forgetting that there's eight other COMPLETE games on this list that deserve much higher praise for... y'know, actually being games.
