The other topic is Pokémon but I think Damiani doesn't talk much about that IP. I mean a topic could be the evolution of gen 1 since it has been remade several times adapting elements from newer entries. Also how there's been a bit of back and forth on how the anime adapts the games and how the games adapt certain bits from the anime.

I think giving the option to customize items in Mario Kart would be more important than not giving the option. It would be even cooler if you could start-up a game of Mario Kart and pick a load-out for a race. Each item would cost a certain value so you can either go with 10 Green Shells, or 5 Green Shells & 1 Star. That would definitely be too complicated for what Mario Kart is trying to accomplish though. Most importantly, we need to get back to character-specific items.

Is there any other topic than Smash Bros ? I feel like it's the only topic discussed since this summer (apart from achievements).

I can't remember the last time I played Smash Bros with items on. I'm not a competitive player but I hate games that rely on chance.

One thing I thought of that could explain the whole thing with him not working at the company anymore but is instead working at another company in the same business that's near the old one is that perhaps they both use the same printing company and that's where he got the pictures. It's not unheard of that even rival companies use the same printing firms. The two major local newspapers in my town do this.

Pokemon Let's Go will include the original 151 Pokemon. Mewtwo has always been #150. Mew has always been #151. On top of that, the Alolan forms of the Kanto Pokemon will be included. On top of that, Meltan will be transferable to Pokemon Let's Go as presumably #152, and it has been confirmed it evolves, so that would make #153. The Alolan forms are so different they're basically different Pokemon from their original forms, however I'm pretty sure they count as their original numbers for purpose of the Pokedex.
