Yup terrible audio, almost sounded like the guest had the only mic in the room. This particular show has constant audio issues, remember that guest a few months back on the phone/Skype? That was laughably bad.

Hi guys, lot of people are complaining on the audio, and I agree, it could be better. I'm not an audio engineer per se, but I do make a living in working with audio. I'll copy my post that I posted on YouTube in the hope you read this: don't know if theyre running this through some type of software, like a DAW or something, but the fix for volume control is a limiter/compressor. Ian must know how this works, being a composer and stuff. The thing here though is it doesn't seem to be the distance to the mic. It sounds like Ian's and Damiani's mic is set to omni istead of directional. Its a switch on the mic itself. Really curious because Ash sounds fine with little room noise, Ian and Damiani (who are perfectly positioned in front of the mic by the way) sound very roomy.

1. Man I've been waiting Hyper Light Drifter game version for Switch since it was announced. Oh man, what a time to be alive. 2. I personally think that both PR's, media and studios should It's based or inspired but rather than saying It's something like other game. i.e.: "It's like dark souls but 2D and rogue-like-ish". 3. Totally agree with the Indie games definition. I think it was due to bad marketing through time, like companies shouldn't sell them because there indie games, but because they are good games. I'd like to say that Microsoft is really helping little games with XBOX@ID program, not sure how successful has been but I've read a while that they are selling good. 4. I'm with you Damiani, I'm loving Mineko's Night Market. I've read it is inspired on Aoshima "Cat" Island, just like Ian mentioned. 5. I like the love given here to these games. 6. Untitled Goose Game It's a weird game, It's from the makers of Push me Pull You, still weird competitive game also. 7. Thank you very much for mentioning The Messenger. I'm loving this game and I'd like the secret of the half of the game. Maybe is a bit too much of backtracking, but yeah, I'd prefer it to be linear.

Yes Damiani, I too want a whole game of basically this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RWE3BJrWFI (fitting that when I looked for a video of it, first result was GameXplain)

I think Ian was thinking of Neko Atsume for the "Tamagotchi cat game".

Listened to the audio version and had no issues

Hi. Just wanted to echo the problem with the sound volume. It's the first time since quite a while since I had to put an episode down because of the sound quality. I think this is especially frustrating since this might be the first exposure for many GameXplain fans to Easy Allies....

Gunpowder Tea is called that because of its resemblance to gunpowder. So not made from it. ;-)

Side note, I was on the audio version, so maybe it was a mic placement thing.

Great episode, Just feel like I need to point out Ash was louder then both of you guys, so I sort of had to turn the volume down to be comfortable, which made it a bit harder to hear you guys. But not the worst thing ever - just letting you know. Also I was on speaker not on headphones. I know Ian is always trying to improve audio, It would be nice to have some sort of mic check but make sure everyone is talking naturally, since I think Damiani does have a bit of a softer voice, unless he gets excited. Again this was a good ep.
