There was one episode of bibi blocksberg (2 part story) in that she was visiting a horse stable owned by tina. This episode was so successful that they created a WHOLE spinoff series of that. THATS the reason why tina was not mentioned in the main story. My gf has the original cassettes in case you might doubt it ;-) L&amp;R Ps: those ~90 episodes were audio cassettes and NOT a tv cartoon :-)

Bibi Blocksberg is a little which and her broom is called Kartoffelbrei. Bibi is short for Bianca and sometimes Barbara :) loves to listen to the stories on cassette as a child. There was also Benjamin Blümchen, which is a talking elephant:)

I’m German and I was also laughing a lot. It’s funny to see that things which are so natural for Germans, mean basically nothing for other people. Even the abbreviation GmbH. But yes, as a child I have to admit, I have listened to a lot of cassettes of famous series like “Benjamin Blümchen” and “Bibi Blocksberg” which both share same universe since they also meet up. Obviously some are more marketed towards girls and the other to boys. Other famous audio series and book, series franchises are “TKKG” and “3 Fragezeichen” which are more detective like. I was born in the 80s. So my childhood was in the 90s listening to a lot of those cassettes. Children even got small luggage’s specifically for storing the hundreds of cassettes. Like I had also one with Benjamin Blümchen images. Yes, it’s all franchised :)

You have no idea how funny this is to German viewers! Welcome to the wonderful and often low budget world of German games publishing. Audio plays were hugely popular here in Germany when I grew up in the late 70‘s and 80‘s. Probably later, too although I suspect the industry took a massive hit when physical audio media disappeared. German Youth book series like TKKG, Die Drei Fragezeichen (???), Benjamin Blümchen and Bibi Blocksberg all were turned into audio plays so kids could listen to them at home or later on the go (with our new, shiny Walkman) or in bed before sleep, which seriously was the best thing ever. There were also horror story audio plays for older kids derived from pulp book series like John Sinclair. To get a feel for them just check out TKKG ( <a href="https://youtu.be/Bm72bw_XYf8" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://youtu.be/Bm72bw_XYf8</a> ) or Die Drei ??? ( <a href="https://youtu.be/UGn0Na5RfPU" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://youtu.be/UGn0Na5RfPU</a> ) on Youtube. I would go so far to say that every kid of certain generations listened to them. They recently did a tour of Die Drei ???, recreating the plays with the original voice actors and they sold out big venues ( <a href="https://youtu.be/2E43hhEHTpk" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://youtu.be/2E43hhEHTpk</a> ). Bibi Blocksberg, the topic of the video, was a series aimed mostly at very young girls. The only solution for the Allies to get to the bottom of this is to come to Gamescom and investigate!
