From a quick scan of the episode beyond the setup, the hum doesn't seem to be present in the meat of the episode at least.

Distracting low audio hum persistent throughout at least the setup of the episode. (still watching) This is becoming a common problem across your content. Is there any way you could start checking for this after setting up but before you start recording? No clue if it is a bum audio cable or what, but seems to appear on maybe as high as a third of the nonstream stuff yall do now, so it would be great if this could get at least mostly sorted out. Sorry if always bringing it up is coming off as harsh, especially during the studio transition period now. Don't think I've gotten a reply on these issues before, so I just have no clue what measures, if any, yall are taking to combat this or honestly if you guys are even aware.

Mr. Cardwell, Apologies if anything makes you cringe, I know people “playing” as someone of your culture can be worrisome. I did try to write it as if foreigners from all parts of the world come to Ireland for a tournament. I also totally leaned heavily on leprechauns, and whiskey distilling. Once you listen to it you’ll see the Allies did a great job of avoiding low hanging fruit. I’d also like to welcome you to write a fiasco (apparently they’ll let anyone do it!) about Canada and fill it up with so much hockey and maple syrup that you’ll be screaming aboot and eh! I’d like to thank The allies for doing a great job and smoothing out the wrinkles of this thrown together fiasco set! I tried to write something purposely stereotypical for a March fiasco but ended up getting a Christmas gift instead. (Still some March madness with all the basketball) Thankfully The allies were pros and this wasn’t their first time playing because to be honest it’s designed for chaos. Side note to Jones : I wrote it as if you were reading the whole title each time ie: To Start to understand what my professor was saying is a complete thought so boom! But I get the confusion.
