Firstly, Happy 2019 to everyone! Secondly, it would be really nice to have a "Games I Plant to Play" list for each of the Allies in the video and/or a Patron post afterwards, this can be achieved by simply asking each of the Allies to keep a personal list and mark the games they are most interested in. In the past, many of the games the Allies were most hyped and excited for and talked about for months or even years, when they came out, most of the Allies never even bothered to play them. Examples like: Nioh, NieR: Automata, etc. So it would be great to check this 2019 list against the games people played and finished, in a future 2020 Predictions - the segment could be very short. It would help shed some light and also stats on how far each of the Allies progressed on their lists, as well as be able to give a much more accurate metric and realistic expectation to both the Allies and the community. Could be a simple list or a more detailed one with some categories like the ones below: Uninterested - Will definitely not play; Curious - Will await for more details to decide; Interested - Will at the very least play it for an hour or two; Must-Play - Will definitely play it no matter what. Thirdly and last, but not least, thanks for reaching out to the community to gather questions, I hope this type of "jolly co-operation" is much more frequent in 2019, I often find that much of the Allies involvement with the community doesn't extend beyond the Chat, Community Showcase, Q & A, and Cup of Jones. When in fact there are many shows and livestreams that would benefit greatly from having more involvement from the community. L & R

What previously unknown game/game related thing (ie, like a Smash reveal) which will have the hypest reveal and how will it work?

Trailer begins with a set of dune buggies, motorcycles, and trucks racing through a forest somewhere in north america. The group is racing in a river kicking up water, knocking each other left and right, as evergreen trees fly by. They approach the end of the river pushing through the boulders and small rapids. Suddenly all the cars come to a screeching halt, smashing and sliding into each other at the edge of a waterfall. Their motors sit in idle as a new sound can be heard in the distance. The roar of a jet engine. Camera pans up behind the wall of autos and you can see what looks like 2 or three motorcyles coming up the rear very fast. Just as the motorcycles look like they are about to hit the stopped cars, they jump over the pile revealing themselves to be prototype Jet Moto bikes. They go flying down the waterfall splashing into the water below. Camera moves into a gameplay race between the 3 motos, ducking and diving between trees and river banks, busting through abandoned homes, and ripping by spectating fishing boats. The stopped cars from the waterfall are soon seen racing along the banks of the river. Race accumulates in a huge finish with all of the cars, trucks, and jet motos squeezing past a narrow finish line. 'Jet Motorstorm' flashes across the screen. What dead franchises are coming back in a big or surprising way?

Hello everyone! Game of the Year not as predictable... and that's a good thing! For the past couple of years, I've felt the general GOTY was a forgone conclusion. In 2017, I felt Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild would be the runaway winner, with Super Mario Odyssey MAYBE giving it a challenge, and I was right. 2018 I saw as a two game race heading into the year as Spider-man vs. Red Dead Redemption II, and I'm pleasantly surprised God of War was able to usurp both. Now, I have no clear lean on what will be the last game standing from those that have been confirmed for 2019. Finally we won’t have to ponder how Sora’s story comes to a close... but another story is still a mystery and that’s Final Fantasy VII Remake. Before the current generation started it seemed like Microsoft had become a bit complacent about being the market leader with the 360 which led to them making decisions that impacted the launch and popularity of Xbox One. How do you think Destiny 3 will turn out? Bungie has had problems with their initial main game offerings twice now. Both faced short to mid term criticism for their end game and had to wait for redemption till their respective third expansion. With Destiny 2 it seemed a bit too late though and the player base had shrunk which brought the publisher Activision into the picture. They commented on it and there were comments about „new forms of monetization“ for the next game which sounds ominous.

Granblue Fantasy Versus and Granblue Fantasy Relink are (presumably) coming out in 2019. One thing Granblue Fantasy is known for is it's cross over events. Hello Allies! With Sony skipping PSX and E3, I firmly believe we will get a press conference early this year to showcase everything they have coming to PS4 one last time. But, they need to have release dates for all of these upcoming games such as Dreams, Ghost of Tsushima, Death Stranding, and The Last Of Us Part 2. The reason I believe it will be early this year is to close out all things PS4 and set up a Fall PS5 reveal event, leading to a Spring 2020 launch. Much like what Nintendo did with the Switch to great success. If recent years are any indication of the future of gaming, major developers have been choosing to skip the holidays and release their games in the first half of the year, Sony included It could provide the PS5 with a huge launch lineup of AAA games, with at least one major exclusive title from Sony themselves to follow the trend they have set with the PS4.
