i think your allowed to do repeat charity streams, you dont have to do something new every time with things like that. Obviously do what you can to make the stream fresh and interesting to encourage donations, but the cause can be used again, if its a worthwhile one. if you want an example of top tier charity streams, i reccommend looking at yogscast's annual jingle jam for inspiration.
