It's so hard to put everything i'm processing right now into words, but being able to fraternize just for a while with the things that haunt me everyday, gives me so much hope and will to acknowledge the worst things about me. The ongoing fear of not being able to handle all the negativity and problems surrounding my life, at the same time fighting with that overwhelming thought that i have so much to do yet, man, it freaks the fuck out of me. All i can say is love and respect for you all, i needed this. Everything above probably didn't make much sense but i'm genuinely fine with it, and i love this feeling.

Allies, I hope you get to read this. I say this with tearful eyes. One of my best friends passed away in car wreck this past January and my mother-in-law passed away suddenly a month later. We're having to clean up her house to put it up for sale since my father in law passed away from cancer a few years ago. I just started going to college after graduating highschool 10 years ago and my full time job has been extremely stressful since we've been operating shorthanded since Christmas. For the last several months I haven't been able to breathe. I pulled up this episode because it featured 3 of my favorite allies. I didn't realize I'd be hearing exactly what I needed to right now. Listening to you talk about fear, life, and priorities is exactly what I needed. Thank you for reminding me to just focus on the things that truly matter. I've always known this is the mindset that I should be having but sometimes life just comes at you fast and derails your train of thought. Thank y'all for everything you do, thank you for always being so upbeat, and thank you for just being there for everyone and giving us something to look forward to every day. Thank you Ian, Don and Huber, just thank you. I've realized some time ago, after a very traumatic event, that my whole life is being controlled by fear. It was everpresent, constantly there. When I was most down I ever was, I've had vision of it, growing and consuming me. And I said "go on, take me, what are you going to do? It can't be worse like this". Then it stopped. It didn't do anything.

Watching you guys be so positive and true to each other has been sort of therapy for me to accept me for who I am, not dwell on the past so much, and be the best version of myself for my wife and kids. It’s all about taking everything into perspective and being grateful for what you have.
