Huber Syndrome - SICK AGAIN!

And if any of the allies ever has to take a week off, or hell even a month off - to get their health back on track, we would 100% support that. No one is ever going to stop backing you guys, just because you have to take care of your health. I know in this case we are talking about physical health. But just know that regardless we will always support you guys,, and that means taking time off if you ever need it for your health. Hope you feel better soon. Dont even think about this stuff. Relax.

I'm 39 now, and when I hit 30 I started to get sick when I didn't have enough of sleep. Also I started to need much more time to recover after I got sick, and if I didn't give my body that time I'd be sick immediately again. That was different in my twenties 😕 Take the signals your body sends you seriously. Take it a bit slower until you fully recovered. Make sure you sleep enough. Sleep is the most important thing to keep your body healthy. L & R
