because of the d-pad situation I got a 8bitdo wireless adapter that let you use a dualshock 4 on the switch. Work's fantastic! Best $15 I ever spent.

I just wanted to say that Kyle's right about the Switch Pro Controller d-pad, it's unreliable at best. Both me and my fiancee frequently have problems with it. Maybe the Xenoblade Pro Controller Ben uses really is better, but I now, if I'm playing anything that's reliant on the d-pad, I just use the joy-cons in the dogear grip.

Dating game segment is absolute gold. Box Boy is totally a puzzle game series where puzzles (if you're doing well) only take a few minutes to complete. So the numerical sales pitch thing actually works! Also... I was worried Box Boy was gone for good so I'm ok with it coming back.

Is it possible to get direct feed from Ian's monitor? It would be helpful when he's pulling up info and we can see it 1st hand (e.g. the boxboy amiibo picture, the Scalebound/crackdown 3 quote, etc.) Love the podcast. L&R

Love the new opener!

My hope was that Nintendo would fix them, then some sort of space prime 4 controller would come out and I could just replace them. Guess that is not happening any time soon, will probily just do the tape trick now.

Slight correction: Just to let you know there are videos that take apart the Xenoblade pro controllers and explain why it's got a better d-pad, it has a thicker nub in the center but it seems to be a fluke, does not 100% fix the issue. I also have a bad d-pad, since day one. There is a fix where you open the controller and add bits of tape over each direction. You should make a video where you and Damiani take it apart and fix it, then play some Tetris after to see the difference.

I love the new opening segment. Scripted bits can certainly be fun, but you should never turn down the opportunity to have a genuine response and discussion about a submission from your audience.
