Anyone just watching the e3 press conference (that’d be most people) would have seen the date and been satisfied that yes the date was announced. The spirit of the bet was whether we’d get a date at e3 and we did (whether you include the concert in e3 or not).

2019-06-19 12:52:17 +0000 UTCAwesome work guys. This was really fun! Some feedback for next year: 1. Have an upper limit on the bets. This ensures that the bets will be closer and have more tension. Sucks there was no tension here. If Huber was right, he auto wins, and if he was wrong, he'll most likely auto lose. There's not much fun in it. 2. B-roll would make the more interesting and informative (e.g., show the big boy slip clip, big Ben, etc.)

Also if you only take the press conferences into consideration and they had not shown a release date in the press conference I would agree with people who are upset. As it stands I agree with the ruling.
