There's not the device that sends a signal output built into it like the OG Switch, so it'd have to be a heavy mod akin to how people modded 3DS to send an output signal for capture.

They're apparently using a more powerful CPU revision than what the Day 1 Switch has that they're putting into future OG Switches too. There's a new OG Switch coming out with even better battery life than the Lite that's replacing the old model for the same pricepoint.

I'm not 100% sure, but the reason why the mini isn't dockable is that they are using a less powerful CPU that only run games at 720p

I think (unless Nintendo makes it impossible) a 3rd party will make some dongle to let people play the Switch portable on a tv.
