What happened was during negotiations, a human Ambassador was guided to one of their shrines to pay tribute. During that field trip he encountered a Priestess. She asked him if he was interested in learning more about their culture and beliefs around Entropy.

He agreed, soon they were meeting daily, going for walks, drinking Bakacha and fell in love. What actually happened was the Ambassador was stuck on the planet for months whilst Straker and his forces harassed the drone fleet. One night, they snuck into a healing spring and made love.

What he didn't know was the Priestess had contacted a Drakhan progenesist via the ascension tower. Given she had been dedicated in her studies of entropic filtration, she was granted this opportunity to have a child.

The Progenesist cast an algorithmic enchantment around the healing spring, and within a few weeks the Ambassador was informed he was going to be a father.
