Private apps can only be accessed by accounts that have been whitelisted by us. This process is done by hand. You need to submit your Xbox/Microsoft Account email address to our site so that we can update the app to have your email address. You cannot download the apps until you do this step. The whitelist is updated by hand by us every now and then, we aim to do this every 1-2 days but may do this more frequently.

How do I download the emulators?
Once you have submitted your Xbox email, and have waited for us to manually update the app to whitelist your account, you can open Microsoft Edge on your Xbox and visit: https://xbemu.me/ and click 'Download Package'
When I click 'Download Package' it says 'Something went wrong'
Double check that you submitted your Xbox email address and wait for us to update the app with the latest email list. This error is usually caused by your account not being whitelisted.
Why have a whitelist at all?
Non-whitelisted apps, aka 'public' uploads are manually reviewed by the Microsoft Store, and are rejected by store policy. As of right now, the only way to have emulators on retail mode is through private uploads.
Will the apps go down?
The apps may go down, we are still testing to find out how long they will last on average. We are hoping to only need to reupload them every week or two. We will keep you informed if and when this happens!
My download is stuck at 0%
This issue isn't specific to our upload. Make sure your Xbox isn't downloading or updating something else. You can try restarting your Xbox or cancelling the download and starting it again.

The block lists they send out would still detect the apps once you plug the drive back in, even if you went offline, and keep you from running them.
