The brisket was slathered in yellow mustard and then had a dry rub of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Smoked for about 8 or 9 hours with post oak, it was a small flat.

2025-10-29 01:07:09 +0000 UTCI just had a bit of leftover smoked brisket and made it into a wonderful chili: beef broth, San marzano tomatoes, garlic, onions, chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, frozen green orange yellow red pepper medley, fresh jalapeño pepper, chilli powder, cinnamon, allspice, fresh thyme and a bay leaf. I added too much chipotle peppers so I removed it and diluted with water and more beef broth, added more ingredients and seasoning. Very forgiving meal to cook

2025-10-29 01:03:01 +0000 UTCI was in the kitchen making chili. The chili was composed of browned ground beef, red kidney beans, tomatoes, onions, garlic, cumin, chilli powder, a dash of allspice. I was in the kitchen making chili. The ingredients began to cook down and merge, the chili ingredients became one. I was in the kitchen making chili. The chili and the pot became one. I was in the kitchen making chili. The chili, the pot, the kitchen became one. I was in the chili making chili. I was the Atman making chili. The Atman became one with the chili. The chili became one with the Brahman. I was the kitchen, I was the chili, I was the Atman, I was one with the Brahman.
