that's a bad advice doc. there's a saying "there's no poison only poison dosage! meaning everything can be a poison if your taking enough of it. So if steve is only drinking energy drink and drinking a lot of it there would be consequence. "take this with a grain of salt" and wikipedia

Tens of thousands die of flu in the US each year. In comparison, the Wuhan virus is not that scary. I sense racist undertones from the western media. Why wasn't Ebola or Mers mentioned as much. Were there any travel warnings to Africa or the middle east? Why is it when shit happens in China only everyone goes nuts?

Vitamins aren't per say a scam. They are real things but your body only uses a small amount of them. Many immunoboosters are just massive amounts of vitamins that your body can't even use (hence the fancy urine). My go to was just follow doctor's orders as to if you are deficient in anything

I get what he's saying about vitamins and supplements. There are issues with supplements and how they are lacking regulations. However, after being put on heavy antibiotics post op, surgeons will prescribe probiotics. And I recommend ppl to regrow their microbiome with probiotic supplmentation after being put on antibiotics. Which ones you take though can cause a host of side effects. It's not just placebo.

Do energy drinks exacerbate kidney stones production? No. Should you be drinking multiple energy drinks a day in general for good health? Probably not.
