The meeting between the Monkey D. family continued with Luffy talking about Imu, while he shared what he knew about that being, although it was still quite limited.

"I felt his presence in Mary Geoise for a moment..." Garp commented when he heard someone shout ‘Joyboy’ in anger, that presence appeared and disappeared like a ghost in the holy city.

"But what I felt... even gave me chills..." He admitted with a serious look, he had never felt someone so powerful, even questioning if what he felt was really real or if he was mistaken.

"He’s been there, all those centuries... I don’t know what he looks like, or what he knows... But there’s something wrong here, and that answer is on the last island." Luffy said, he believed that the government had the power to find the last island both in the pre-Gol D. Roger era and in the last two decades after the death of the Pirate King, but they never did it, that intrigued Luffy.

The place took on a rather complicated atmosphere, as they didn’t know much about what to say about Imu, but everyone there knew one thing.
This was the enemy of everyone there.

The meeting ended there, as they began to leave Skypeia, splitting up. Garp went back to speak with his companions, Dragon returned to the members of the Revolutionary Army, Luffy and Lucy ended up accompanying Garp to Dressrosa, since Luffy wanted to return to his family and Lucy also went with her brother.

Luffy would talk to the Revolutionary group later, while they would still remain hidden in plain sight.

Garp tried to talk to Luffy about his daughters, saying they would be future marines again, while Luffy kicked his grandfather for that, saying they wouldn’t be that just because he wanted them to.

Luffy didn’t need to talk much to the other marines anymore as he would leave that to Garp. The other marines, like X-Drake, Fujitora and Zephyr also joined them.

Luffy wanted to spend his time with his children while the older ones were quite energetic.

“Daddy! Where’s Grandpa Garp! He told us he would take us to do justice like Aunt Lucy says!” Aurora immediately exclaimed, while Luna came right after.

“So cute!” The group of mini Hancocks exclaimed with sparkling heart-shaped eyes.

They, as always, helped take care of the boys, while some of them immediately ran after Sinbad along with Vivi, while the boy was causing mischief around.

“Well... I won’t deny that, if you want to be part of the navy, I’ll support that, but you’re young and I hope you can decide that when you’re an adult.” Luffy said hoping for some responsibility from her.

“But you became a pirate at 17!” Luna demanded. “Aunt even joined the navy before that!”

“Well, first turn 17, then we’ll talk about it.” Luffy said in a serious tone.

“Whatever.” Luna murmured, pouting.

‘They’re so like that... Well, let’s see if they’ll still have the same will in the future.’ Luffy thought.

The youngest children were in their mothers’ arms, like Uta and Mikita holding the babies.

He stayed there for a while, until the next day he turned his attention to his territory. The marines were debating what to do, even Luffy’s proposal was quite questioned by everyone — he thought that was good.

They would stay a while longer. Garp had left Dressrosa and went to look for Ace on his own, showing up and hitting him, questioning why the brat didn’t come to receive him like Lucy did. Ace had a hard time not being able to stand up to the marine hero yet, and the Whitebeard pirates couldn’t help much either, since Ace had become the strongest among them.

Luffy left Garp and Ace to deal with their own problems — or rather, with Ace’s bad situation — and went to the training area where they were concentrating all the new forces.

While he found the whole group strengthening their forces there, even without him giving them the powers of the Moa Moa no Mi. He approached, ignoring everyone training, both the Charlotte family and the Beast Pirates, while he moved on to a new arrival.

All of them were wearing Seastone handcuffs, while Bartolomeo led them with his men, looking like a mafia boss as he approached Luffy, at the same time his eyes began to shine like a fan getting close to Luffy.

“Luffy-Sempai!!!” He exclaimed. “I brought these weaklings to you, just like you asked!” Bartolomeo said.

“Who are you calling weak!?” One of them growled while the others didn’t have very friendly eyes for Bartolomeo.

“They’re finally here...” Luffy said, looking at the strongest group from the Donquixote family, who also made their proposal, having fought for his flag, giving them a chance to be free.

Luffy would use their power, and they accepted the proposal. “Join the others, I’ll start training you separately tomorrow.” Luffy said.

They all nodded, while Bartolomeo began removing the seastone chains from their wrists.

“What should I do?” Weevil was the only one lost there, since he was also with the Donquixote family.

“You’re going to train from now on, you’ll be part of the Whitebeard Pirates crew.” Luffy explained again.

“Oh, that’s right... I have to help daddy’s crew!” He said excitedly as he moved forward with the others.

Luffy planned to assign him missions, but believed that helping Ace and the others might be much more beneficial. Weevil cried a lot when he found out his mother had died, but soon found himself recovering from the loss in his cell, and Luffy gave him the proposal to continue protecting the legacy of his supposed “father”. He was a bit difficult to deal with, but still had a drive when it came to his father, so he accepted.

Luffy would make him stronger and he would be a powerful ally for Ace to have in his crew.

“Then I’ll let you all settle in, I’m heading somewhere else now.” Luffy said as he left the others training, jumping into the air.

From up there, he could see all the men fighting, in their thousands as they trained with one another, practiced the 6 styles and the three types of haki, with only a few being able to use the king’s haki, of course.

Luffy was satisfied that his overall force was becoming powerful even if not all were directly under his command. They were allies like the Charlotte family. Even Whitebeard should see what was coming for him.

“When you realize it, we’ll be knocking on your door after you stole the poneglyph...” Luffy murmured before completely leaving the island and heading to another place.

The former marines quickly felt the powerful presence coming toward them, while Luffy in that moment came like a ground bullet before stopping at the last second and landing calmly on the ground.

There were several marines now looking at him, while he looked with a satisfied gaze at everyone, seeing both the look of fear and hostility toward him from this group, while some seemed to be neutral.

“Ah, Smoker. How have you been?” Luffy asked, looking at the former vice admiral beside Tashigi.

“Monkey D. Luffy.” Smoker’s voice was not friendly at all, but it also didn’t sound too hostile.

“I hope you’ve gotten stronger, I’d like to fight the marine who challenged me in Cocoyasi, Loguetown, Alabasta, and Marineford.” Luffy said calmly.

The marines seemed to swallow hard upon hearing that. The one standing in front of all of them was none other than Monkey D. Luffy, even though that was already expected upon entering this pirate’s territory.

After all, on one side they were the men who abandoned the government in search of Justice. Luffy, on the other hand, was the most powerful pirate in the world, and a representation of everything they were supposed to fight, in a way.

It was a very strange situation for everyone.

“Tsk.” Smoker clicked his tongue, but Luffy could feel his frustration. The pirate in front of him was more powerful than ever, and at a distance that Smoker might never reach in his life.

“Hina believes that Smoker should not be discouraged.” A pink-haired woman appeared beside Smoker, at the same time her two loyal soldiers also arrived, one of them being Fullbody.

“Hina... It's been a while.” Luffy said but gave a friendly smile.

“I see you two are very close, so I won't ask her out anymore.” Luffy simply said as he continued forward, passing by the marines.

Until he stopped.
“Where is Coby?” He asked the blond man who was very afraid of him.

“Straw Hat?!” Helmeppo muttered in fear. Luffy had hurt him to the point of trauma due to what happened in Shelltown.

“Coby... He's on the other side of the island with Lucy.” Helmeppo said stammering.

“Hey, man. I'm not going to hit you anymore, no need to be so scared. You deserved to get hit a little back then, just be a good marine and don’t follow the path your father took.” Luffy said, and without saying anything else, began to fly from there.

In truth, he already knew Coby was talking with Lucy, but he wanted to check on the marines he’d known for over two years, so he just wanted to exchange a few words as he flew.

His presence was soon noticed as Luffy got close to him, with Lucy and Coby looking at him breaking the ground, having a much more aggressive approach now that he was no longer in the city where he could destroy people’s property in Dressrosa.

“Coby, I hope you don’t have any second intentions bringing my sister to this isolated place. Otherwise, I’ll kill you like I haven’t done with any of my enemies, and not even Grandpa will be able to save you from my fury.” Luffy said as he began walking through the destruction, looking extremely furious.

“Hm?” Lucy didn’t understand, while Coby opened his eyes in shock.

“Wait, it’s not what you’re thinking, Luffy!!” Coby immediately tried to defend himself, with Luffy seeming to release steam from his body and his eyes glowing in fury.

“Lucy, leave us alone here. I want to talk to Coby.” Luffy asked, while she nodded after a few seconds. Luffy had no bad intentions with Coby and she flew away.

“Wait!” Coby immediately felt the pressure of being alone there with Luffy seeming furious.

“Don’t pay attention to her, Coby. Look at me.” Luffy said, approaching.

“I don’t have any intentions with Luffy, I swear! Luffy!” Coby tried to defend himself, expecting Luffy to attack him at any moment.

“It’s okay, I know that.” Luffy suddenly stopped releasing his pressure, while giving a friendly smile. He was just joking.

“...” Coby was speechless as he looked cautiously at Luffy, all sweaty. Luffy was at a level he couldn’t reach at that moment, and a serious confrontation with him would result in his death — that much he was sure of.

“Don’t be so tense, anyway. How are you? We couldn’t have a conversation during the Marineford war. But I was surprised by your abilities in Dressrosa, that haki is no joke.” Luffy said, leaving Coby there, speechless.

“Luffy...” He was going to say something, but suddenly, Luffy released his conqueror’s haki.

“But I still don’t know if that haki can be mastered by a coward like you!” Luffy declared, exploding in yellow lightning in all directions, making Coby fall to the ground as he was crushed by Luffy’s haki.

“I want to know if you’re really worthy, Coby. That’s why I came to see you. I want to know if you’re truly a sign of becoming one of the strongest marines.” Luffy declared.

“!” Coby was being pressed to the ground, unable to even speak as Luffy pushed him further down.

At the same time, in another place, in front of the tomb castle of Oden and Toki, a distortion in space began as people started to appear — people from 20 years in the past, traveled to this time.

Luffy noticed this, but now he was only paying attention to Coby. He wanted a powerful challenge at sea, and would draw strength from this boy.
