Warhammer 1 & 2 are 75% off as well; they are DLCs of the WH3, which can let you play WH1 & 2 factions.
Also, here is my personal DLC tier list for DLC; you may take this as a reference to decide which one to buy.

I don't recommend Pirate DLC, though CA has done some stupid things in the past 2 years. At least they can realize their mistakes and do something to save their reputation. This is much better than companies like Ubisoft.
