Just a few days left.

Before the release of update 1.8. Expect it on June 5-7. If all goes well.

Since I have a few very busy days ahead of me, I don't want to waste any time and will keep this short.

See this picture? These are the game statistics right from the engine, for today, May 31. Pay attention to the word counter. Last time there were ~ 600k words, if I'm not mistaken. Now there are already 881k, and I'm not even done yet. So 900k+ will be 100% after this update.

In other words, the game will get a +30% content boost at once after this update. I hope it's now clearer why it took so long to develop.

About the episode without spoilers.

This is perhaps the most RP-focused episode so far. That's why it turned out so long. However, there is a shortcut through it. So if you suddenly feel like you've reached the end too quickly, just remember that it's 300,000 words long. It's impossible not to miss anything in a single playthrough. This episode is a kind of knot in the story, and as you go through it again and again, you will often discover something new. That's how it was intended.

Reminder. The public version will be available in two weeks, after the patron version is released, as usual. However, as usual, the public version will be more polished.

There is also a slightly increased risk of bugs. I try to double-check literally every line I add... But I'm just a human being, and this episode is really big. So anything is possible. However, only one other person besides me has seen the episode (or rather, the first 2/3 of it) and didn't find any bugs, just a couple of typos in the descriptions. That's a good sign. So maybe I'm worrying for nothing.

Well, that's enough. Otherwise, there will be another wall of text, and I'd better “spend” all these words on finishing the update. Love you all.

Hoping for more non-con scenes... though that's probably just me with my problematic little kink. COOL writing. This story has a steady beat and real spirit in it's gut. It's genuinely a triumph for this genre of 'game' and I hope you spend many days in the sun for it.

You Wilnvrno

I can't wait! I quickly fell in love with your writing (starting with the butterflies in the flames, I wasn't expecting that kind of powerful imagery right at the beginning) and it's amazing that you can write so many different routes while maintaining quality. It really makes for an unforgettable game.
