Best went to the Hospital!
Added 2020-02-26 22:01:09 +0000 UTCHey friends! I took Best to Urgent Care last night because of excessive internal bleeding. After examining him they determined he needed to go to the Hospital right away. So we went to the ER, waited for hours to be seen, and was admitted to a room. Initially we were separated, so I went home to grab his charger. I was able to get a visitor pass upon my return, and spent time with him while they ran more tests and gave him fluids.
We didn't get a lot of answers, and we were referred to a GI doctor. He was discharged this morning, but we have more doctor visits ahead of us. Wish us luck please while we visit a specialist next (and he rests in bed)!

2020-02-26 23:50:32 +0000 UTCI was hospitalized in 2006 for GI bleeding. Turned out I had a duodenal ulcer. Also turned out that it was due to sensitivity to NSAIDS (aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.). I don't remember smiling as brightly as Best, but I did receive excellent care. Brave heart, dear ones! ❤
