Answer: A few ways actually. Sometimes it's the drip method, like on M above. They can take advantage of the downtime by checking their phone!
Sometimes it's done by hand, or with flicking my brush like with Garrett below:

The ideal texture should look like Kelli below:

2021-04-17 03:31:51 +0000 UTCStarry Starry Night.... the different technics give very different looks. Looks that fits each model well. What looks great on one wouldn't have necessarily looked as great on another... it's all part of the Brandon Magic!
