My day traditionally starts with yoga. I started doing yoga after high school. The benefits of yoga for women are invaluable, it allows you to train both your body and mind, fight negative thoughts and emotions:
- allows you to deal with stressful conditions
- relaxes and restores nerves
- increases spine flexibility
- develops physical strength
- improves joint mobility
- learns to control breathing
- promotes healing and rejuvenation of the body
- learns to deal with negative emotions
I love yoga and have achieved some success in it, for me the main advantages of yoga are that it allows you to improve your own figure and relax.
