Issue 16 Cast Ref
Added 2017-11-20 00:31:34 +0000 UTCI needed to gather up color refs for (almost) everyone who shows up in this issue, and I thought you all might like a little peek at all the faces and names we'll be meeting. Lot of these are people who haven't been drawn yet at all, or were only drawn small in the background, so I had to invent some faces on the spot here.
