Facial Features: Placement Tutorial

Finally finished my tutorial on "Facial Features: Placement & Proportion"! I was sick while recording this so I'm not 100%, but I still wanted to get this out for you guys :)
In this tutorial I talk briefly about a lot of things: gesture drawing, eye placement, neck proportion, muscle and bone structure, etc. You also get to watch me speedpaint a face from gesture to finish! I love watching other artists because everyone's process is different, so I hope you enjoy watching this :D

2020-12-05 10:21:41 +0000 UTCFinally had a chance to look at this tutorial, been meaning to for a while. I really like how you explain things. The music is pretty tasteful. I'd like to see something similar with body anatomy because it kind of goes hand in hand with this one. I think it's like one of the harder things to master and you do a great job at movement, body language, facial expressions, etc. I actually did learn quite a bit from this video. Part of it is like little things that you didn't necessarily say but you SHOWED in the video, like how you use different greys to make the eyebrows look more realistic instead of drawing over them or erasing them. Very cool stuff, keep it up!
