It's time to vote on the September tutorial! π I got so many amazing suggestions from you guys, and I managed to condense them into five options to choose from πβ¨ Here you guys have the power to decide what you would like to see this month, and I'm excited to see which tutorial wins the vote! Keep reading below for information about each of the options!
- Procreate Tips & Tricks - In this tutorial I will be showing you guys a few tips and tricks you can use in Procreate to help make your workflow a little more streamlined. There are lots of features Procreate offers and I'll be showing you guys some helpful tools I use in my own work!
- How to Create Movement - This tutorial will be all about how to give your art more movement and avoid the "stiff" look. We'll dive into the topic with some basics like shapeology, line quality, and composition, and I'll show you how you can use these elements to give your art a more lively look!
- Anatomy: Female Torso - We had quite a few requests for anatomy, and since it's a broad topic I've narrowed it down to the anatomy of the female torso! In this tutorial I will be breaking down the form into its essential components and give tips on how to draw the torso at different angles and positions.
- Hair Tutorial - This tutorial will focus on tips for drawing hair! Everyone's style of drawing hair is different, but I will be showing you guys some techniques I've learned to give hair more volume and life.
- Painting: Grayscale to Color - This tutorial will be covering a technique that I use a lot in my own work! I will be showing you guys how to start a drawing in grayscale and then turn it into a full color drawing. The purpose of this technique is to get all your values and lighting onto the canvas first without having to worry about color, and then add colors afterward.
And that's it! I know there are a lot of options here and there might be more than one that you want to vote for, but don't worry!
