Here is a loose digital sketch of another dtiys piece I'm trying out! I included the original drawing by @friedbaens, in case anyone else would like to join this one because the character is super cute! βοΈπ I never paint on white backgrounds so at first this was a big challenge for me, and I tried out a darker background in the beginning but then decided to challenge myself with the white one after all π Not sure how I feel about it yet or if I'll post it, but we'll see!
Important Info: In other news, some big changes have been happening in my life lately and one of them is that my husband and I bought our first house! We're moving in this Friday and so this whole week is a little crazy because we're gonna be packing everything; so, I wanted to let you guys know that I'll still be posting this week but the majority of this month's rewards will continue after this week! I appreciate your patience π
I'm really excited though because I'm going to record this month's Draw With Me video ($5+) when we're all moved in and settled, and I'll be drawing in my cozy little home office!! My work flow is going to improve dramatically when I finally have my own art space and I couldn't be happier π

2019-11-13 18:30:34 +0000 UTCAwh thanks girl!! π The process for this piece was actually pretty crazy; I started out in color, but then I didnβt like my values and I spent too much time trying to correct everything. So then, I desaturated the entire drawing and all my color work and worked on it in grayscale for a little while to get my values straight and then I started to add color again π Iβm thinking of posting the process video on here because it was pretty crazy! π
