Here is a step-by-step guide on how to create an underwater background! One of my favorite underwater scenes is where you can see the surface of the water underneath with all the pretty sunshine filtering through βΊοΈβ¨ Did anybody else ever swim to the bottom of a pool just to look up and see what the surface of the water looked like?? Thatβs what I always did whenever I went swimming! π
