I hope you all had a lovely restful weekend! ✨ Our weekend was a busy one with Mother’s Day, filming for the vlog, going to a science museum to draw, and working on this sketch! ☺️ You guys voted for option #2 in the poll to be my reference inspiration and this is what I’ve got so far 💛 I really love the greenery and the close-up angle in the reference, and it’s gonna be so fun to make it look like a mermaid swimming through some seaweed! 😍 thanks to everyone who voted and helped me decide :) 💛
In other news, it’s gonna be another busy week! Today I’ll be posting the tutorial poll for you all to vote on what tutorial you’d like to see this month 💌 We got so many amazing suggestions on our Feature Friday post and I’ll be putting the most popular requests into the poll! 🥰
This week I’m also going to wrap up all the filming for this month’s studio vlog so we can start editing, and I’ll also start filming this month’s Draw With Me video! 🎞✨I’m thinking of coloring this seaweed mermaid in the video and sharing a few coloring tips while I draw 😌 it’s gonna be a fun video and I can’t wait to film it! 🍃
