Itβs currently 10 pm where I live but I thought I would share a sketch concept Iβve been working on this evening β¨ Lately Iβve been kind of a night owl and Iβm currently really enjoying staying up late to draw and sketch π¦π
Earlier this month in the monthly newsletter I made some moodboards to show you guys some of the things I want to explore more with my art, and one of those things is incorporating more plants into my drawings! π So hereβs an idea Iβve had for a little while now that Iβm finally trying out! π₯° I feel like the cactuses will be a challenge for me since Iβve never drawn them digitally before, so weβll see how it goes! π π€πΌβ¨
I found some references on Pinterest of desert/cactus photography and I love the dreamy colors in them, so Iβm going to try incorporating those into this drawing too π Iβm imagining a warm pink glow coming up from the bottom of the canvas and contrasting with the green of the cactuses π
Anywho, I hope youβre all having a wonderful day/night!! Iβll update you guys more on what Iβll be working on this week soon π₯°π
