Late Night Sketching 🌙✨ + what I’ve been up to & Feature Friday! 💌

Tonight I’ve been doing some loose sketching with a reference that I’ve been wanting to draw for a while ✨ I love the dramatic lighting in the reference and the hand pose, so I’m gonna try to interpret it in my style! 🥰 I may add a magical element to it, we’ll see ✨
But I’m excited because after this drawing I’m going to be drawing a lot of male characters for this month’s tutorial video about how to draw male faces!! 🙈 You guys know I love drawing females, but I’ve been wanting to draw males more often so this tutorial will be the perfect opportunity 😍 This upcoming week will be dedicated to writing notes, planning, and filming for the video ✏️✨
And speaking of videos, I posted the august studio vlog yesterday and it’s available for all Devoted Dragonfly patrons! 🎥✨ In the video I take you guys with me through a few days of my work week, showing you projects I’m working on, decorating the studio space, and I also filmed a bit of my birthday which happened this month! 🥰🎈Make sure to check it out if you haven’t yet! 🥳✨
