I wanted to show you some progress I’ve been making on the tutorial video so far! For all the new patrons here, (welcome!! 💛) this month’s tutorial video will be about how to draw male faces! ☺️
Today I’ve been writing for the tutorial, creating example screens, and I also started doing some filming! I managed to sketch & film the first male face I’ll be covering in the video and oh my goodness it was so much fun 🥲 I rarely draw males so I was a little nervous at first, but it came so naturally and I have so many tips to share with you guys!!
In one of the photos in this post you’ll see some references of Rapunzel & Flynn Ryder, and that’s because we’ll be looking at characters in animation movies & tv shows as examples of simplified faces to help guide us through some stylization! This tutorial has been so fun to film so far and I’m hoping to finish all the filming by this weekend so we can start editing the video ☺️💻
