New Brush Download! “Soft Render” for Procreate ✏️💌✨

Hello everyone! 🥰 I hope you’re all having a lovely week :)

It’s time to share another custom brush with all of you! ✨ I wasn’t originally planning to share this brush since it’s really just a modified round brush that I tweaked to suit my preferences, but I’ve gotten sooo many questions about it because of how smooth it is whenever I render with it in my drawing videos! So now I’m sharing it with all of you 🥰 

The brush is made only for Procreate, but in the future I want to find a way to create brushes for other programs as well for those of you who are Photoshop users and Clip Studio users, etc.! Eventually I will figure it out hehe 😄 

Brush Download Link — with this link you’ll find the brush in a Dropbox file and from there you should be able to download it into Procreate! I recommend accessing the file from your iPad so you can just drop it into the app ☺️

I’ve also attached the brush file at the bottom of this post in case that works better! Feel free to DM me if there are any issues and we’ll figure it out together! 🤍

📝 A couple quick tips for the brush:

• Try shading skin with the brush on a multiply layer for some smooth transitions :)
• You can also add some soft lighting with this brush on a Hard Light layer or Overlay layer!
• The brush is huuuge when you first start to draw with it because it’s not meant for tiny details — I mainly use it for shading or adding soft lighting to drawings :) You can still lower the brush size to shade smaller areas around the face though!
