Here's another Bear hypnosis file. I haven't done hypnotic anchors or triggers in a long time, so I figured I'd give it a shot. This one uses repetition to do a fractilization induction to get the listener to turn into a big hairy bear. I give suggestions for a "Bear Up" trigger every time. This is followed by ten minutes of free time with the Bear Up trigger.
I feel a little guilty doing bear recordings, especially one after another. I know I have a few more than supporters who aren't bears. More furry stuff coming up next, I promise.
